Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via UPS ground shipping. We do not solicit out-of-state orders, but will ship out-of-state to our designated shipping area if requested to do so. 

Fall orders are generally shipped starting September 1, depending on weather conditions. We may not  ship plants when conditions are unfavorable for transport or planting. Orders are shipped to the purchaser's preferred address. Orders shipped to Colorado and Nebraska may NOT be shipped until October 1st.

If you elect to pick up your Fall order, you may do so on Fridays only through the sales period.  Pick up hours are 8:00a-12:00p and 1:00p-5:00p.  24 hours notice is required to have your order packed and ready for your arrival.

Spring orders are generally shipped starting Mid-March through May 1st. Pick-up is available on Fridays only during this time.  Pick up hours are 8:00a-12:00p and 1:00p-5:00p.  24 hours notice is required to have your order packed and ready for your arrival.

The shipping charges help to recover the cost of actual shipping, plus boxes, packing material and labor associated with the conservation seedling program. Variance in shipping prices are due to actual UPS live rates based on weight and shipping location.
